9 Month Funding

 At Manor Farm Day Care, we accept eligible working parents and carers of children aged 9 months to 23 months for 30 hours of funded early education and childcare (over 38 weeks a year) starting from the term after their child turns 9 months. To check eligibility, please use this link:

2 Year Funding

Manor Farm Day Care accepts 2-year funding, from the term after a child’s 2nd birthday. Please check the website using this link to check eligibility. 


 Funded early education for over 9 months up to 2 year olds | West Northamptonshire Council 


Families must meet certain criteria in order to access this free entitlement. If you are successful, you must pass the reference number provided to the nursery managers. 

3 and 4 year Funding

 Funded early education and childcare for 3 and 4 year olds | West Northamptonshire Council 

We offer free entitlement places for 3-4- year olds from the term after a child’s 3rd birthday. It allows all children 15 hours free childcare per week and a maximum of 570 hours in the year after their 3rd birthday, or extended 30 hours free childcare per week, with maximum 1140 hours in a year to those who are eligible. If a family is entitled to 30 hours funding, they must claim and pass their 11-digit DERN reference number and the national insurance number of the parent who made the claim to the nursery managers. Parents will be required to fill in a Parental Contract each term that they wish to claim their child’s free hours for the term ahead.  Those who wish to claim 30 hours, need to do the online eligibility checker via the website below
