Our nursery at Warkworth offers the best of both worlds. It’s just a stones throw from Banbury town centre whilst offering all the benefits of a rural setting. Based in the former Granary at Warkworth Manor Farm, we offer dedicated learning rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-school children. Access is from the M40 roundabout towards Middleton Cheney or via the Overthorpe industrial estate.

We have a well equipped garden area with lots of learning opportunities and plenty of space to explore.

Our baby room supports the EYFS curriculum as well as offering a warm, nurturing environment. We have a sleep room which offers a calm, tranquil space for babies to relax, rest and re-energize.

Our toddler room has been created to provide the next steps in learning with new and innovative challenges to aid development.

The pre-school room has the beginnings of a classroom feel to help prepare for school entry. It is modern, bright and stimulating. Children are introduced to phonics and early reading with those who are ready starting with the Oxford learning tree.

Our setting provides high quality care and education from birth to school entry in the most idyllic setting.

Baby Room

Our baby room is a calm, nurturing and welcoming space where little ones can feel safe, secure and cared for as they begin their nursery journey. Set within our beautiful rural surroundings, the room provides a peaceful environment filled with natural light and gentle, stimulating experiences designed to support each child’s development.

Our dedicated team takes the time to get to know every baby as an individual, following their own routines for sleep, feeding and play. Babies are encouraged to explore, discover and learn through sensory play, music, stories and age-appropriate activities, both indoors and, when suitable, in our safe outdoor spaces.

With the tranquility of the countryside surrounding us, our baby room offers a home-from-home environment where children can grow in confidence, build trusting relationships and enjoy their earliest experiences of learning and discovery.

Toddler Room

Our toddler room is a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn and grow at their own pace. Set within our beautiful rural surroundings, the room provides a calm and nurturing space where toddlers can develop their independence, confidence and curiosity.
Our dedicated team support each child as they take their next steps in learning, encouraging them to explore through imaginative play, sensory experiences, stories, music, creative activities and hands-on discovery. We recognise that toddlers are naturally curious and eager to learn, and we provide plenty of opportunities for them to make choices, try new things and develop their growing skills.

Pre-school Room

Our pre-school room is a welcoming, inspiring and engaging environment where children are supported as they take their next steps towards school. Set within our beautiful rural surroundings, the room provides a stimulating space where children can develop their independence, confidence and love of learning.

Through a balance of child-led play and carefully planned activities, our dedicated team encourage children to explore their interests, ask questions, solve problems and develop important skills for their future. From early literacy and mathematics to creative activities, imaginative play, science and outdoor learning, every experience is designed to support children’s development and prepare them for the next stage of their journey.

Our pre-school children are encouraged to become confident, independent learners while developing strong friendships and positive relationships. With the beauty and tranquility of the countryside around us, our pre-school room offers a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow and flourish as they get ready for their exciting transition to school.
